I find much commendable about Newt Gingrich: his love and far-reaching conservative vision for America, his towering intellect and clear logic, his unmatched debate skills and charm, his perseverance and courage.
Newt has fought the good fight, but now it is time for him bow out with dignity – before his campaign turns into the pathetic image of a desperate, aging man urgently clutching to an anvil that is plunging him ever downward into the black abyss of a failed lifetime dream of the presidency.
Endgame for Newt Gingrich?
Gingrich lost where he badly needed wins, and fared poorly in Illinois. His campaign is financially under water. If he does not win in Louisiana’s primary next week, where does he go from there?
