While most liberal Democrats are still mainly in the “sackcloth and ashes” stage, there are at least signs of emerging recognition that Democrats have failed miserably to deliver on their promises to working class Americans.
The American “Hunger Wars” are far from over, but maybe working folks are now “Catching Fire,” and perhaps Republicans should consider changing the party name to “The Mockingjays.”

A new report in the NY Post takes a look at how some lifelong working class Democrats are rethinking their opposition to President-Elect Donald Trump. Of course Trump won the election by breaking down the Blue Wall — a corridor of states whose large union-member and working class demographics reliably voted Democrat for decades — but that didn’t mean Trump made a convert out of everyone in the Rust Belt.
